The Electronic Cigarettes
An electronic cigarette is a device that simulates smoking using a heating element that vaporises a liquid solution. The solution may contain nicotine. Many of them look like real cigarettes, with a white cylindrical tube and a brown filter.
It simply reduces the risk of accidental fire
The most important benefit of electronic smoking is that it has less bad effects on health as compared to ordinary cigarettes. The only bad effect is nicotine (if it contains it). As well !!! No more yellow fingers and yellow teeth !!!
No passive smoker
The other important benefit of electronic-smoking is that people sitting around smokers are not been affected. The cigarette doesnÕt emit smoke, only vapour.
Difficult to inhale
Electronic cigarettes are difficult while inhaling. Smokers have to suck it very strongly to attain the required level of nicotine.
A lot of companies use their own ingredients and a pleasant scent to make cigarettes more attractive. These ingredients might be damaging and are being investigated by some organisms.
Teen smoking rates havenÕt budged, and the percentage of high-schoolers who have tried inhaling nicotine from electronic cigarettes (known as vaping) has nearly doubled over the last year, even though theyÕre not legally allowed to smoke tobacco until they are 18. This bad news, reported by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, puts even more pressure on the government to strictly regulate e-cigarettes and other forms of tobacco as stringently as they regulate cigarettes.
Unfortunately, e-cigarettes are cheaper, easier to access, and marketed more heavily to young people than traditional cigarettes, which fuels the teen vaping trend according to the CDCÕs senior scientific advisor Brian King.
This is another problem with electronic cigarettes.
Electronic cigarettes use a liquid that it is vaporised. There is a wide range in the market, trying to imitate snuff, fruity, minty, desserts and even energy drinks flavours. This is an advantage, because if you are bored of the same flavour, you can change it.
If you decide to try the e-cigarette, be sure to discuss this with your doctor. Understand the pros, cons, and safety concerns, and then make an informed decision. The most important thing to remember is, no matter how you do it, you are making the best decision of your life when you finally decide to quit smoking.
