Tamadaba is a Natural park located in the North of the isle of Gran Canaria with over 7500 hectares its a big space full with Canarian wildlife and vegetation.
I had a chance to run an orienteering race there, which is a perfect way to get to know the park and see all the beautiful places/spots it has.
I ran over an hour in that forest and the bad luck was the fog, that didn’t let me see 100% clearly, but the good part was that all the creeks, waterfalls and little lakes were full of water, and that was really beautiful.
For me, it was the orienteering I´ve most enjoyed in a long time, and I really recommend trying this sport, now that you use legs, lungs and brain!
